One purchase. The full campaign.
The first 100 campaign shelves are free. A single, permanent in-app purchase unlocks the remaining campaign shelves. There are no ads or subscriptions. Your store shows the local price before you confirm a purchase.
Restore a purchase
Use the same Apple or Google account that bought the unlock. Connect to the internet, open Settings in the game, and select Restore purchases. Restoring does not charge you again.
Purchases are tied to their store account and do not transfer between Apple and Google. Restoring a purchase restores access to paid shelves; it does not restore your local puzzle progress.
If a purchase is waiting for approval, you can keep playing the free shelves. If an unlock is missing, try restoring it before making another purchase. Contact us if it still does not appear. Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased.
Progress could not be saved
Keep the game open, free some storage on your device, and tap Retry. The game also tries saving again automatically. Avoid uninstalling while troubleshooting: progress is stored on your device and may be erased when the app is removed.
Playing offline
You can play downloaded puzzles offline. Buying or restoring the full-game unlock needs a connection to your store. Changing phones or platforms does not automatically transfer local progress.
Make yourself comfortable
Open Settings to choose your language, turn sound effects or vibration on or off, or enable reduced motion. Pocket Shelves has no background music.
