This policy explains how ByteEra Labs handles information in Parcel Flow, on this game website, and when you contact player support. For questions or privacy requests, email developer@byteera-labs.com.

1. Game data on your device

The game stores completed routes, star ratings, best move counts, coins, booster inventory, settings and tutorial status on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this game progress. Device or platform backups may copy local data according to your settings and the platform provider’s practices.

2. Advertising

Parcel Flow uses the Google Mobile Ads service. The service may automatically collect or receive an internet protocol address, general location derived from that address, interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. Google states that it uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Data sent by the service is encrypted in transit.

Advertising may be personalized when applicable law permits it and you have provided the required consent. If you decline, the game may request limited or non-personalized advertising. Ad availability and the exact ads shown are controlled by Google and its advertising partners.

3. Your advertising choices

For players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game requests an advertising consent decision before initializing ads when required. The message provides options to consent, decline, or manage individual purposes and partners. When Google requires privacy options to remain available, a Privacy button appears near the top of the game so you can revisit your decision.

You can also limit or reset advertising identifiers through your iPhone or Android privacy settings. Parcel Flow does not request Apple’s permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

4. Rewarded and interstitial ads

Rewarded videos are optional. A booster is granted only after the advertising service confirms that the reward condition was met. Interstitial ads may appear after eligible route completions and are subject to cooldown and session limits. Ads do not provide the only solution to a campaign route.

5. Player support

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as a problem description, device details, game version or screenshots. We use this information to answer, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

6. Website visits

This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Providing and protecting the site can involve processing technical request information such as your internet address, browser information, requested page and request time. We do not add advertising tags or optional analytics to this website.

7. Sharing, retention and international processing

Information used for advertising may be processed by Google and the partners listed in the game’s consent message. Support information may be processed by the services needed to deliver email and resolve your request. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their policies describe their retention and transfer practices.

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to answer the request, address a related dispute, protect the service or meet a legal obligation. Local game data normally remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, and to restrict or object to certain processing. Contact developer@byteera-labs.com to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children’s privacy

Parcel Flow is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. The game does not ask for a name, age or account. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian may contact us to request its removal.
